All designs, logos and concepts created by Triple Double Hoopwear remain the intellectual property of Adam Gosling and Triple Double Hoopwear unless otherwise contractually agreed.
Reproduction of these designs, in part or in full, will be considered as an infringement of unregistered design right, and could be subject to legal action
All orders must be placed by emailing @email@example.com
Once an order has been confirmed and cleared for production, this order can not be altered or cancelled.
Should you want to add additional items, this can be done at any point of production, but may cause a delay to your order.
Payment & Invoicing
Triple Double Hoopwear produce bespoke items made to the specifications of the customer, so payment is due prior to your order going into production, unless otherwise agreed.
All payments are expected to be made within the time period specified on your invoice.
If any offers or bulk discounts have been applied to your order, Triple Double Hoopwear reserve the right to remove these, should the payment terms not be followed.
The standard lead time on all items is estimated at 4-6 weeks from payment and confirmation of design.
We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but cannot account for any shipping or customs delays so please keep that in mind before ordering.
If you have a specific deadline you need to meet, please let us know before you place your order and we will confirm whether this is achievable or not.
